When evaluating your mechanical needs, we analyze the entire mechanical system to provide an overall solution. We can design a complete mechanical system, or we can retrofit your existing system.

Pneumatic Controls

Our pneumatic controls work includes repairs, replacement and calibration of thermostats, receiver controllers, sensors, actuators and mixing valves. Our skilled technicians can adapt pneumatic controls to any HVAC application. Maintenance, repairs and replacement for air compressors within a pneumatic system can also be performed.

Direct Digital Controls (DDC)

Some of our DDC capabilities include the installation, mounting and termination of all digital controls devices for Delta, SEIMENS, Honeywell, Trane and Carrier products. With the support of our business partners, we can provide a turnkey DDC installation with commissioning, programming and user training.

HVAC

B&D can provide your mechanical system with all necessary maintenance to prolong the life of your equipment. During our routine maintenance, we verify the proper operation of all air handling units, combination refrigerated air natural gas units, split systems, evaporative coolers, furnaces and thermostats. Our qualified technicians will evaluate the overall operation of each piece of equipment and communicate any issues to your staff. B&D techs are also EPA licensed to charge, evacuate and service all refrigeration systems
